In a fully unitized system entire floor and mullion to panels (except for the end panels) are assembled at the factory. At site only the galvanized steel brackets are installed. The individual panels are then brought to the site and fixed in the position. The panels are made of male and female end section which fit into each other at the site. lt is a much faster construction technique and sins on site labour is considerably less expensive than semi -unitized systems. In semi-unitized systems, the mullions and transom are installed at site. The glass units are assembled in factory along which the clips which are transported to the site and hooked on to installed framework. ln this system a variety of lavational profile in the finished glazing is possible, including inclines and curvatures.
